About the role
We are looking for a Backend Developer who enjoys solving workflow and data problems with clean, well-structured systems.
You will build APIs and integrations that make business-critical software secure, observable, and easy to evolve.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations.
- Design database schemas and improve query performance.
- Implement authentication, authorization, validation, and error handling.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers and troubleshoot production issues.
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or a comparable backend stack.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, SQL databases, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience writing maintainable, tested, and documented code.
- Understanding of basic security and performance practices.
Nice to have
- Experience with TypeScript, PostgreSQL, queues, Docker, or cloud platforms.
- Experience integrating third-party services and business systems.
